Trans Resilience Postcard Project

As part of their Trans Resilience Study, L Zachary Dubois and Jae Puckett asked me to create postcard images based on their interviews with trans and gender nonconforming people around the USA. People expressed these beautifully poetic ways of describing trans resilience, & I got to illustrate them! Jae told me, “Folks really love them – it was a really rewarding experience to see participants’ faces when we gave them out in person at the end of the study!… I think we’ve given out and mailed something like 3,500-ish to date!”
